This was a great way to start the day in Almaty, Dimitri are guide, was very knowledgeable about any questions we had, he told stories about history, the science, and even personal tales of Almaty lake. And of course it is super beautiful! Bring good hiking shoes. ★

He gave clear explanations about the lake, the surrounding mountains which made the visit feel educational as well as fun. Adam was friendly, attentive, and always ready to answer our questions. He made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and safe, and his positive energy kept the group motivated throughout the tour. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to fully enjoy the stunning views, take great photos, and learn a lot about the area. It was a fantastic English-language day tour with friends from all over the world on board. The drivers were from Nepal, the US, and New Zealand. They were very friendly and professional. The journey was quite tiring, but Ye kept chatting with us, making us feel less lonely. Although the itinerary was rushed, it was still very fulfilling, and we visited all the places we wanted to see.★

Everything went smoothly and on time. The guide explained everything well. The driver drove well. They answered all our questions and helped us with everything. However, it would have been better if they had offered complimentary water or coffee. For the price we paid, at least a small complimentary item should have been offered, or perhaps sold in the car.
