I needed to contact the service provider before the meeting, but I couldn't use my phone, so I asked Trip.com to contact them. We were able to meet at the designated location without any problems. Trip.com's customer support was very quick to respond, and the guide was incredibly nice; I had a fantastic time! They even stopped in a town with cafes along the way, so I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of the town! :)★
