Reviews: Queenstown, New Zealand - Milford Sound / Piopiotahi Scenic Helicopter Tour with Two Snow Mountain Landings (Cruise Not Included)
Guest User2025-10-06
We adjusted our itinerary due to weather, but thankfully it cleared up the day we left Queenstown. The experience was unique, landing on a snowy mountaintop. The pilot was fantastic, and most importantly, it saved us a lot of time. However, the weather in the South Island can be unpredictable, so if you choose the helicopter option, I recommend staying in Queenstown for a few days.
