Friendly reminder: Starting from December 1, 2025, admission to Lingyin Feilai Peak Scenic Area will be free. Visitors need to transfer by bus to enter and exit the Lingyin scenic area. Visitors are required to make their own reservations for the Lingyin Feilai Peak admission ticket (afternoon session) through the "Hangzhou Lingyin Feilai Peak" mini-program on Alipay or WeChat platform at least one day in advance with real-name registration.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
A fee of 80% will be charged for cancellations requested before 12:00 AM on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
