We have Lyly as our tour guide, she was patient and polite and explained the history of Vietnam and was with us explaining as we went along pick-up on time. We had bottle of water and lovely pictures of me and my group! even though I went this tour along, but I feel satisfied about this 😗😗 One more plus point that I received the pick-up time and all information in advance from Ms.Quyen - tour operator of SST Travel! Awesome and spectacular tour! Even though it was only have a day, I saw more to the city when I first arrived a week ago! Ms Lan Vi, our local tour guide spoke perfect English and explained in detail the history of this marvellous city! She was very good at her job! Excellent service! The manager was always available, telling me what time and where to be, and checking in on everything. The bus is comfortable: the seat reclines fully, there's a blanket, pillows, water, cookies, and wet wipes. The restroom is clean. I didn't like that the driver made frequent personal stops and played loud music, which interfered with my sleep. Otherwise, it's a very convenient way to travel.★
