Attractions and Activities: Swayambhu Temple (At your own expense) Swayambhunath Stupa is another Buddhist pilgrimage site of Nepal enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is accessible from two entrances. The first entrance is an inclined walk to the top and the other is around the hill which is an easy ride in a vehicle. As being a Buddhist pilgrimage site, it consists of many Hindu temples around the hilltop showing the harmony of both religions. On the way to the Stupa, you can see many shrines and vendors with similar collections of mementos along with monkeys roaming around freely.
