Very true to description. Tried both upper and lower cabin. Upper cabin is quite shaky, so if you have motion sickness, better pay extra and get the lower cabin. Lower cabin is still shaky but better compare to the upper one. For a 150cm+, you can stretch your leg, but good luck to those 160cm+. Bus operator also reach out to us via WhatsApp and quite responsive. Can go to the office and drop your bag first if you board from Hanoi Old Quarter. Heads up: At Sapa, if you want them to pick up, ensure to whatsapp them early and confirm the timing. Will definitely book with HK Busliners again.

It's convenient if you're not going for a month. No need to bother looking for a SIM card; I activated it right upon arrival. I downloaded the profile in China and simply activated it upon arrival. I have an eSIM adapter, but for some reason it didn't work right away. I physically removed the adapter, reinserted it, and everything worked fine.

Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.

Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The pickup was quick and on time, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated how the itinerary was adjusted when needed to avoid long queues — it showed great planning and care for the group.
