Amazing and interesting location. This tour is simple: pick up by driver. No need to buy tickets. Driver points you into the direction of the lift…then you are on your own. This is actually really good - you have your own time and speed… the drivers waits and has your WhatsApp. Absolutely easy and convenient. Can strongly recommend it. Because you don’t need really a guide. Departure was 7:30 AM - he arrived on time! We were early enough and had most attractions for ourselves with some others

Very lucky with brilliant weather and a friendly guide, Handsome Dragon/Broccoli! The guide and broccoli led us safely around and gave us instructions. Golden Bridge was a spectacular area! A city of its own for entertainment and many good photo opportunities. Lunch was very good, with everything you could want. We got a little insight into the cabaret.. not sure who the appropriate audience is there?? Got 2 beers too. The cable car was almost worth the trip in itself. Magnificent views. The trip is expensive but recommended. This is a tourist magnet.. so you wait in line..

Overall, Ba Na Hills is a highly recommended attraction. We were lucky; the sun was shining brightly throughout, the itinerary was conveniently coordinated, the driver was punctual, and customer service provided e-tickets, giving us a lot of freedom in choosing which activities to participate in. Customer service was online throughout the trip to answer our questions. However, there wasn't much Chinese-speaking staff on the mountain, so finding specific spots was a bit difficult. The buffet lunch had a wide selection and good value. After descending the mountain, we discussed with the driver whether we could be taken to a Go supermarket to end the trip. The driver was very responsible and informed customer service that it was okay, saving us the trouble of leaving from the hotel – very thoughtful. It's perfect for those who want a slower pace and a more relaxed experience. A great trip!

Our guide was Azura, and we were very comfortable. We had a private tour for two. We left at 8:30 a.m. and didn't have to wait in lines or traffic. We took our time and saw everything.

The tour to Da Nang was fantastic; everything was organized to the highest standard. Tripco executed the program exactly as planned. The lunch was simply magnificent—a wide selection of dishes, all delicious and high-quality, like a Swiss table—there was something for everyone. It was a special treat 👍 The company's service was first-class. The driver was a great guy 👏🏻; he drove carefully, was polite, and punctual. The tour operator was always available and promptly responded to all questions via WhatsApp, which is very important during a trip. We were very pleased and had a wonderful experience.
