What impressed me even more was his personality: he’s kind, thoughtful, considerate, and always made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the experience. His explanations were honest and clear, and he shared the story of Medellín with real respect and heart. Julian was great, we only spent 1 day in Medellin, he made sure it was the best. Great service and would definitely recommend to all of my friends traveling to medellin. The atv ride had beautiful views

I arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait almost an hour to get in. The place is nice, and the service is average. I didn't like that they didn't even offer a glass of water. I liked the hydrotherapy massages, as did the final massage. They need to improve a lot, especially in terms of service and not overcrowding if they know they can't keep up. Honestly, there are better places for this price.

The trip was incredible! The nature was unbelievable, the plants and animals make you feel at peace. It wasn't too difficult and the guides were really helpful. Guides are extremely knowledgeable and speak great English. Dogs will accompany the guides which was a plus for me. Water in the waterfall was surreal. Would recommend 100% and would do it again when I comeback.
