What a fun time. Right from the start Claudia had us laughing and feeling comfortable. And if we weren't hungry and ready to cook when we arrived, the market tour definitely got us there. We tasted some local delicacies and then got to cooking. I would encourage anyone visiting to try this class as it's a great way to eat up the local culture. And thanks to Claudia for making it a fun way to do it.★
