I needed to contact the provider before the meeting, but I couldn't use my phone, so I asked Trip.com to contact them. We were able to meet at the meeting point without any problems. Trip.com's customer support responded quickly, and the guide was also very nice, so it was a lot of fun! Before arriving, we stopped in a town with a cafe, so we were able to enjoy the town's atmosphere along the way! :)

Snorkeling was great, with Laura being a great guide and helping pull us along. Waters were a bit choppy, and we couldn’t go into the waters to feed the dolphin though, and that was really sad.

It was a fantastic day. Our guide, Cadik, provided a comprehensive explanation from start to finish about everything we could see and do. We saw many different types of fish, and all the facilities were provided on the boat. We also enjoyed delicious food during the day trip. Highly recommended!
