Delighted with our trip to North Wales. However, some stops could have benefited from more time. The guide was excellent. He kept us engaged with a general knowledge quiz about Wales. There was only one, but significant, drawback: the meeting point was unclear. The organizer in the UK was unreachable, and the customer service phone number in France was not in service. This should be rectified to prevent future disappointments for other customers.★
