How to use

Mobile or paper ticket accepted

Pickup starts from 20:30 at your dedicated bus stop and takes up to 30 minutes, please be ready in time to avoid any delays.

To receive the photos from your tour, send an email to lights@reykjavikout.is

The winter weather in Iceland is unpredictable, so please stay alert over any possible changes in your booking that would be sent out in an email to you should they occur.

Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.

Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

The probability of seeing the Northern lights can vary and their visibility is dependent on cloud coverage and other weather factors. We always try our best to only go out if the same-day forecast predicts good visibility

Since forecasts are never a 100% guarantee and only a prediction, it can happen the Northern lights will not show. If so, you can always have a free re-run (pending availability) if you let us know and we'll then rebook you

If you join the tour, you will not get a refund. But you can join as many times as you want until you see them
