A great introduction the the process of tea picking, and a nice excursion away from the city center. Our guide Forrest was very knowledgeable, gracious, and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and even helped us get to the Impression West Lake light show on time! Highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning more about Longjing tea and buying direct from the source was very easy at the end of the session.★

I have positive feedback to give... Since it was around Chinese New Year, I was a little worried it would be super crowded, but it wasn’t! A lot of the places we visited were surprisingly quiet, and not touristy.
The tour started at a garden by West Lake - think it was called Guo Garden. Never really heard of it before but it was such a nice way to see the lake from this angle. The tea fields in the afternoon were also very beautiful. My guide Jason was very passionate and happy to share stories.
If you’re looking for a relaxing day in nature, I recommend this tour.★

Because I was traveling from Wenzhou to Hangzhou with colleagues to catch a flight, I booked this one-day tour around West Lake two days in advance, taking advantage of a spare moment. Overall, it was a very good experience. Due to the bad weather in Hangzhou and occasional heavy rain, coupled with a large number of tourists, the tour guide adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and traffic conditions. At the last stop, the rain became so heavy that we had to ask the tour guide to cancel the tour and go back to the hotel to rest! The entire experience was excellent. From the initial contact with Mr. Jacky from China Memory Trip International Travel Agency (the supplier on Trip.com), who confirmed our desired itinerary and discussed alternatives, making us feel valued, to the excellent vehicle arrangement and driver, and the attentive tour guide Miss Si who provided continuous explanations and made thoughtful arrangements throughout the trip, this was a highly recommended experience!★
