Trang made this experience really easy. She kept in touch by WhatsApp and explained everything perfectly. The bus was very comfortable. The WiFi was good and the phone charging points worked. The driver was steady so you could just lie back and take in the views of the Vietnamese countryside. Good service. Thank you. 🙏★

When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.
