A fun, packed day of seeing the historical sights of the Herculaneum and Pompeii. Seeing the Herculaneum is a must with its beautiful well preserved buildings. Pompeii speaks for itself, and seeing Mt Vesuvius was an incredible time!

Doing a tour from Naples is the best way to see these sites! There are 2 options for meeting points. I did the one near Central Station and it was easy to find. The guides for both sites were awesome. Just be aware that any tour isn't going to hit all areas of the sites because they're massive. For me, the trade off was worth it to get more of the history and significance of the points we did see.
