Wasn’t a massive Elvis fan as such prior to our visit. But I am now. What a Humble guy. He gave everything for his family. Came from nothing to stardom. Spent huge sums of his wealth in his home town of Memphis. You have to visit. My mind was blown away after the visit.
Reviews: From Memphis: Official Elvis Birthplace Tour of Tupelo
Guest User2025-08-26
The birthplace in Tupelo was diverse and very interestingly designed. The adjacent park was very large and beautiful, and the church built next door with its virtual service was very well designed, so our time there was unfortunately too short. There was enough time for the other sights, which was appropriate. The bus was very comfortable and well-equipped. The female guide explained the main sights informatively, but not in great detail. The trip was great, but more time at each stop would have been advisable, not only, but especially at Elvis's birthplace and the park there, as well as the museum.
Reviews: Memphis: Stax Museum of American Soul Music

It was great, I remember listening to the music of most of the artist in the museum. I did not know where most of them got their from (Memphis). The music collections records and album covers was more than outstanding, I was amazed. Lots of great history in the museum, if you love music you need to come and visit Stax Museum of American Soul Music.
