There was no guide at the meeting time. I called the contact number but got no response. Finally, they contacted me; the guide arrived shortly afterward but took us to a restaurant where we had to wait for the rest of the group to finish lunch. The tour started 25 minutes later... The guide was very good and professional. It's a shame the tour was a bit quick and we didn't see every part of the palace, but what we saw was very interesting. It would be ideal to allow a little more time.★

Our Japanese guide, Basak, guided us around Istanbul in a very comfortable environment! He showed us around popular tourist spots, avoiding the crowds, and also gave us detailed information about affordable souvenir shops and how to use public transportation, which was very helpful! Everything was great, the ship was comfortable, there weren't many tourists, so it was very relaxing. The food and drink options included a soft drink of your choice, water, cookies, and a fruit platter. Was it worth the extra cost? Probably not. But it's worth buying a ticket without food. Everything was great.★

Absolutely amazing! The tour and audio guide were fantastic. The palace itself left a lasting impression. We spent three hours in the museum, and the time flew by. A must-see when in Istanbul.
