As an international relations professional working in an international organization, I was thoroughly impressed by the expertise of our guide, Dr. Alexander Zaraliev. His vivid, appropriate, and meticulous commentary covered the local history, notable figures, and significant events spanning the evolution of the city, the nation, and Europe. This was a lecture worth three academic credits, delivered by the finest history professor. I also extend my gratitude to Dr. Alexander Zaraliev for his thoughtful arrangements, which afforded me the opportunity to engage in warm, professional, and peaceful conversations with fellow travelers from Poland, Canada, and beyond on topics ranging from languages and literature to cuisine etc. This rare journey was both enriching and heartwarming. A single day of exploration has even inspired me to revisit my European history textbooks. I wish Dr. Alexander Zaraliev every success in his future endeavors and will recommend this program to my friends.★

Rally unique and fun experience! Bojan was a great guide. Saw parts of the fortress that you definitely would not see otherwise, you likely wouldn’t even know they exist! Plus you a ton of history about Serbia and see a lot of artifacts. I highly recommend this tour. Even (or especially) when it’s hot. The respite in the tunnels is so beneficial and needed when it’s hot outside. The wine at the end is a nice little touch at a really nice restaurant by the river.
