•For Regular tours starting time is 9.30 am and the starting time for private tours is your preferred time.
Our meeting point is the Caribou Coffee in Karaköy. If you're coming from the old city, you can either walk for about 25 minutes or take the T1 tram to the Karaköy stop, which is a short walk to the coffee shop. Please note that traffic in Istanbul can be unpredictable, so taking the tram is the easiest and most reliable option.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Public transportation options are available nearby
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Minimum capacity is 2 persons. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient reservations. We will do all we can to reschedule your tour or a refund will be provided.
A maximum of 12 people per booking
Our tours are done by public transportation and walking so if you have any serious mobility issues, we advise you to book a private tour
Parents of children under 6 years are advised to book a private tour
On Religious Fests Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar are closed.
On Sundays: Grand Bazaar is closed.
