We truly enjoyed seeing the animals up close while still respecting their privacy and space. Our guide was very attentive and considerate. When we mentioned that we didn’t want to do the two-hour hike, he offered alternative options to accommodate us.★

We loved this experience! The blue mountains were gorgeous and Mel was a great guide. And we saw tons of Kangaroos in the wild! We loved the small group size and the timing was perfect for us so we could take this tour after getting off a cruise ship that morning. We got picked up at 11:20am and returned around 9pm. It was a bit fast paced so that we could fit everything in so may not be best for those that are older or need to move slower. The hike was gorgeous but there were LOTS of stairs so be prepared. I wish we had spent a little less time at the animal sanctuary so that we could have had more time at some of the overlooks and more time looking at Kangaroos but overall I think the itinerary was great. I must have been mistaken when booking but I expected to see the sunset on the tour which we did not. We were in the bus and not at an overlook for sunset. Not a problem but not what I was expecting, though that’s probably my fault.★

We had Scottie as our tour guide who made the entire tour enjoyable and fun. Great pickup service, reliable and informative throughout. Great that the lookout spots, scenic world and the zoo were organised for us on arrival to speed up and maximise time. Scottie was a safe and considerate driver and simply great company. Would recommend highly! 5 stars! ★

This day trip to the Blue Mountains in Sydney was the most satisfying of all my day trips in Australia. The Mercedes minibus was new, with comfortable seats and ample legroom. Our driver/guide, Mr. Guo, was very responsible, explaining each part of the itinerary in detail and planning the time very well. It was a very hot day, and the bottled water on the bus was unlimited. Extremely satisfied!★

The overall itinerary was well-planned, adding several scenic spots to the previous Blue Mountains tour. These included Lincoln Rock, Boar Rock, the Three Sisters viewpoint, and the town of Lula, all offering pristine natural landscapes.
The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz mid-size van, seating 14 people. The van was relatively new, and the driver/guide, Mark, provided excellent explanations and offered friendly service.★
