This is the best experience I’ve booked through GYG yet. We tried so many coffees: iced, black, brown, coconut, egg, cocktail… I’ve forgotten them all. The instructors were great, knowledgeable, professional. Pick up / drop off worked well. Left happily buzzed on caffeine :) really great value!★

Overall a good experience. The boat was comfortable and clean, the buffet lunch was tasty with good variety. Our guide Brian was excellent - friendly, funny and informative the whole day. The locations were beautiful, but it was quite crowded on Saturday. Still, everything went smoothly. The bus also had WiFi, which was a nice bonus★

Starting with a good lunch at Hidden Gem Coffee which is very spectacular and serves good food. Then the jeep tour started and we explored many part of Hanoi older parts. The bridge and train street was very nice locations. The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the B52 Museum was good as our guide Minh really knew the history but not super interesting places to see. I can highly recommend this tour and our guide Minh did a fantastic job.★

The tour was well organized. We were given all the necessary information the day before about the meeting place and time, picked up on time and very close to the hotel. The sights were beautiful, the boat ride was very interesting and comfortable, and the entire route was very scenic. The lunch was good; you could find something to eat, but don't expect much (we were informed of this). The guide and driver were very nice and friendly. Thank you so much! ❤️★

It is introduced as a 5 star restaurant, which was the worst meal in the trip. I expected it to be 5 stars while making a reservation. All my friends who went with me at the level of fraud were dissatisfied with the meal. Please refer to the level of a 5 star restaurant among the 20 stars.
