Our guide Matt was extremely well informed on the history of the sites, and an interesting guy as well. Our weather was rainy with heavy fog which limited our viewing pleasure, but Matt kept us positive. There is a lot of uphill walking in this day. My health app noted I walked over 17,600 steps and climbed an equivalent of 57 floors, so be prepared for a real workout and dress for total comfort. The sites are amazing though. At least it wasn’t crowded!

We had the most amazing tour guide Diogo, that helped everyone with everything. We all got tickets to Peña Palace with his help, and he explained Regalaría really well and Pena. I would recommend this tour to anyone that is interested in seeing a really nice place right outside of Lisbon.


