Absolutely unforgettable Halong Bay cruise – thanks to Alex! Our Halong Bay cruise was simply amazing, and a huge part of this incredible experience was Alex, our guide. From the very first moment, he impressed us with his deep knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality. He explained everything with passion – from the history and geology of Halong Bay to local traditions and daily life – always in a clear, interesting, and engaging way. Alex is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. He was always attentive to everyone’s needs, ready to help, answer questions, and make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every second. His positive energy and friendly attitude created a relaxed and joyful atmosphere on board. The cruise itself was excellent: well organized, smooth, and perfectly timed, with breathtaking landscapes, delicious food, and memorable activities. Everything felt effortless thanks to the great coordination and to Alex.

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed the puppet show. Using the translator was a good choice and affordable to boot. It was so interesting to see the puppeteers at the end and their size compared to the puppets.
