Wulong is worth every step up the mountain!
I'd like to share my impressions of my trip to Wulong (Chongqing). The nature is truly mesmerizing, but you need to be prepared for some of the route's challenges.
I'd like to say a special thank you for the transfer. Everything was organized perfectly: the minibus was comfortable and clean. The driver, Elias, was a true professional! The road to Wulong isn't the easiest, but he drove very carefully and confidently, without reckless driving.
The climbs were a bit challenging. There are many stairs and steps, and in some places they are steep and endless. If you have knee problems or don't like walking a lot, keep this in mind.
Impressions. The views are simply stunning! The karst bridges are stunning in their scale. The photos are incredible.
Lunch was at your own expense. There are tents and kiosks in the tourist area where you can grab a bite. It's best to bring snacks and water.
The trip is long (11 hours in total, 6 on the road + 5 walking), but the views in Wulong are a must-see★

It's definitely worth a visit! The scenery is stunning, showcasing the karst landforms to their fullest extent—a natural oxygen bar. Our driver and guide, Mr. Chen, arranged our itinerary perfectly, providing warm and attentive service. He formed a small group of five a day in advance, picking us up from our hotel at 7 am and heading straight to the scenic area. The journey was filled with laughter and joy. At the scenic area, we first took a boat trip on the Furong River, then visited the Three Natural Bridges and Tiankeng (sinkholes), and finally the Longshuixia Gorge. There was a small hiccup: because we didn't listen carefully to the driver's instructions, we got on the wrong transfer bus after visiting the Tiankeng. We immediately contacted Mr. Chen, and he promptly arranged for another driver to pick us up, ensuring we weren't late for the Longshuixia Gorge. We are especially grateful to Mr. Chen; otherwise, we would have missed this rare and beautiful sight. This trip was truly wonderful, allowing me to immerse myself in nature and leaving me wanting more. Finally, Mr. Chen even took us back to our respective hotels. I'll definitely use your services again next time I travel to Chongqing.★

Guide Zhang led the tour, and his driving was excellent. He provided commentary along the way, and the seats were very comfortable—I even fell asleep as soon as I adjusted them! We were lucky today; the rain stopped when we reached the boat tour area, and the mist combined with the mountains and water was perfect. In the afternoon, we visited the Three Natural Bridges and the Earth Fissure—the scenery was beautiful, and the rotating escalator was quite interesting. Guide Zhang picked us up at the Earth Fissure exit, and once everyone was there, we headed back to the city. After everyone woke up, he even played music and took us to the subway station. The day was very well-planned; kudos to Guide Zhang!★
