1. Children aged 0-14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
2. This activity is weather-dependent. If canceled due to weather conditions, you can either request a time modification on-site with the activity organizer or contact customer support to reschedule for another time. Alternatively, a full refund is available. We recommend calling the activity company 2 hrs prior to check the weather conditions.
3. The activity requires a minimum group size (4 paying adults). If the number of booked participants falls below this standard, you may be transferred to another helicopter sightseeing activity (typically from a higher-priced to a lower-priced activity). If you are unsatisfied with the transfer, you may opt for a full refund.
4. The itinerary includes a snow landing, but the specific arrangements will be determined by the helicopter pilot based on real-time conditions. If the pilot deems the weather unsuitable for a snow landing, no refund will be issued.
