Every thing looks fine. For a tip, first seat behind the driver was very uncomfortable and painful due to the small leg room. Trip agency should not have shopping pearls for an hour disguising dropping rest room. Originally there was no shopping spending time.★

Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.★

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.★

What a wonderful surprise! The five-star cruise ship's facilities and service were both excellent. We took our family there before Chinese New Year, and luckily it wasn't crowded. We had a comfortable and enjoyable day! We're planning to come here for our company team building next time!★

The most important thing to keep in mind when taking this cruise is that it's not really a cruise. The ship departs from the port and is anchored, and all excursions are on small motorboats. We took a three-day cruise, and it was the best choice. On the first day, we visited popular locations in Halong Bay: 1. Thi Top Island with its observation deck and beach, where we had a wonderful swim, and 2. Sung Sot Cave. On the second day, we transferred to another boat and went to Lan Ha Bay, where it was simply magnificent. There were fewer people. We had a wonderful kayaking trip to Luon Cave, and then swimming in the sea from the ship. We lounged on the deck chairs and sunbathed. The guides were wonderful, caring, and attentive both days. The crew took care of us constantly. The three of us also enjoyed the food; it was plentiful and varied. The only downside was that our cabin didn't have a balcony, but we had to live with it since there were no other three-person cabins available. The transfer was wonderful. This tour was excellent value for money.
