So, story short, I booked a very last minute trip and had forgotten to check visa policies since I was sure that On Arrival was after arriving the country. To worsen up, my flight was Feb 18th, when immigration is on Lunar Festival Holiday. Yet I tried to request the visa since in the purchase page it allowed me to chose the date 18th. Even if you don't have a certificate, you'll be accompanied by an instructor personally; even if you're a poor swimmer, you'll be fine. You can also ask for about 10 photos, and one video costs 300,000 rubles.★

The process was smooth and explained. We were allowed on to a faster lane to do immigration at the airport. It was, however, unnecessary as there was hardly any queue in the regular lines, and we were done within minutes. It can be used during peak season or special days or if connecting flight are out of domestic terminals. Otherwise we found it to be unnecessary★
