1. Wait for the shared transportation at the hotel with your confirmation.

 

2. Hotel pick-up and drop-off areas: Nuae, Kiang, Tai, Jomtien Beach. The specific pick-up and drop-off time is subject to the confirmation.

 

3. The transfer service is a shared transportation service. You will be picked up along the way according to the hotel. The driver will not contact you in advance. Please wait in the hotel lobby during the Pick-up Time indicated on the confirmation sheet and do not leave. The vehicle will leave for the next hotel after waiting for no more than 5 minutes after arriving at the hotel (if the Pick-up Time is notified as 9:00-9:30, please be sure to wait in the lobby from 9:00 and do not leave during the journey. The driver will arrive at any time). If you miss the pick-up due to your own lateness, please taxi to the pier to participate in the trip. Not going will be deemed as automatic waiver and the fee will not be refunded or changed. Please check the confirmation sheet information with the driver before getting on the bus.

 

4. Traffic conditions in Thailand are complicated, and it is common to wait for 30 minutes for a shared transportation trip. If you do not see the driver for more than 30 minutes, please contact the customer service number/WeChat or online customer service on the confirmation slip in time to avoid delays in your trip; the merchant does not accept cancellation refunds or compensation requests due to late pick-up for shared transportation.

 

5. Thailand has a typical tropical climate. It is rainy season from May to the end of October every year. The itinerary is easily affected by the weather. For safety reasons, whether the ship can go out to sea every day strictly follows the weather warning issued by the maritime regulatory department. If the conditions for going out to sea are not met, we will contact you to cancel the itinerary, refund or change the travel time; if the ship can be dispatched on the day of travel, there will be no refund or rescheduling. The shipping company does not accept refunds or compensation activity that cannot be completed or the experience is not good due to wind and waves/weather during the itinerary, nor does it accept any complaints or requests for compensation. Please understand!
