Before the Lunar New Year, I saw many posts about long immigration checkpoint times. Although some claimed it wouldn't take more than an hour, I didn't want to risk it with a child, so I booked a fast-track immigration service. Everything went smoothly and conveniently; we passed through immigration quickly without being asked to show any documents. I was glad I booked, as the queue was indeed very long. Some people said that even with fast-track, there was still a wait for luggage, but after we entered the country, we got our luggage quickly and didn't wait long (less than 10 minutes). (Some people mentioned paying 200 for fast-track, but although the entrance seemed the same, the fast-track queue was on a different side (with very few people). Looking at the 200 fast-track option, I'm unsure if it's for paid or business class passengers, but there were at least 20-30 people in line, so I felt it was well worth the money.)★

Works just as described - I was escorted from the planner you a dedicated immigration desk and got through very quickly. The airport was relatively quiet on the day i used the service, but at a busier time this would save a huge amount of time. Worth it after a long flight
