I participated with my mother, who is 78 years old. We actually signed up the night before! The next morning, a taxi picked us up at the hotel next door. They then took us to the bus stop and helped us board the bus. We were the only Japanese people in the car. The driver also provided guidance. He was a great guide! We downloaded the app and the guide from the beginning, and he explained similar things, so my mother was able to understand. The trip took six hours one way, but they made frequent stops for bathroom breaks and photo opportunities. It didn't feel too long. Just go with the flow when boarding the boat. We got on and off the boat multiple times, so even if you don't understand the language, the people around you will be familiar with you and will be able to help you. There are free drinks on the boat. There is also a small cafe where you can buy snacks. Another option is a buffet, but it seemed like it would be difficult with so many people. You can move around freely inside the boat. You can enjoy the outdoor deck or just relax inside. On the way back, we took a helicopter. During our first break, we made a reservation with the driver. The bus would be leaving us at the ferry terminal as we were returning, but the helicopter pilot would come to pick us up at the appointed time. We would be dropped off at a mountain covered in perpetual snow! What surprised me was that he took photos during the trip, making the most of the camera's capabilities to capture various views and even a panorama, which was amazing to see later! What a great guy! At the end, he even let my mother sit in the passenger seat of the driver's seat. Of course, it's an expensive option, but it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!! I highly recommend it! After arriving at the airport, they offer taxis to take you anywhere, so we were taken to the center of town. We were lucky to have beautiful weather, a rare sunny day, but don't forget to bring warm clothes even in March! I hope this information is helpful!★

Absolutely magical day! Very comfortable van. Loved the smaller group. Shelley was our driver and guide. Loved her experience and educating us along the way. Will never forget the experience. Although a bit pricey, it's still highly recommended! The driver is reliable and looks like Bruce Willis. He was very punctual in picking up passengers at the agreed location. The entire trip was scenic, with multiple stops for rest and photos, making it so much easier than driving myself!★

I booked one day and went the next. It was a small group with few people, and the foreign driver/guide was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, stopped at every attraction to take photos for us, and even prepared local plant information and drew a diagram explaining the formation of the fjords. On the way back from the boat, she thoughtfully provided chocolates and umbrellas for when it rained. The customer service was also very patient, assisting us whenever we were worried about getting lost. A great experience!
