More like transportation and escort to the location, plus directions. I don't think you can fully call this a guided tour. I only recommend it to people who don't have transportation in the form of a rental car, then it makes sense.

We were picked up from the Sean and Dolphin before being transported to the Soace Centre itself. Bonni was an absolute pleasure, very informative and funny on both the trip in and back out. The driver, Angel was also excellent and the bus was very clean, well air conditioned and comfortable. I also appreciated on the way back that the drop off was reversed to allow those on first to get off again first. Which was very much appreciated. Fantastic day out had by all, Bonni and Angel are a credit to the company. Really made a long commute loads of fun.

It was an amazing & fun day experience! Fun for all age groups; my son, myself & my mother all enjoyed it so much! Feeding the giraffe was definitely a fun addition after finishing the park drive!

We feel very privileged to be on a private tour and to enter the enclosures with all the explanations about the animals' lives, to be able to touch them, or even participate in feeding them. So it's a magnificent experience, and a big thank you to Michael for this visit, and these exceptional moments up close with the animals.
