we were shown around by one of the factory employees, she was excellent and informative. i could not fault her. what was a bit strange was that our booked guide did not show up, as we arrived we waited and then the very nice employee with good english came out and said i will show you around today as camilla cannot make it. we had no prior notification. it’s a small factory and allows you to get a full understanding and hands on.★

We booked the version without food. Luckily, we arrived 20 minutes early, as it started 15 minutes earlier than advertised. Guests who arrived later were given a lounge further forward, where the view was still good but more restricted. The show was a good mix of dancing, singing, and music. The waitress urged us to order drinks and came back 10 minutes before the end to collect our bills, so that everything would be over in 60 minutes. It could have been a bit more relaxed and perhaps not during the show. The performance was still great, and we would do it again!★

Thanks to our tour guide, Ms. Wang Ting, who was so nice when we brought our baby with us. We also want to thank the Japanese driver for helping us carry the stroller.
You can choose your own way to explore each attraction during the itinerary. We chose a leisurely pace with our baby, and the rides between attractions were short. My daughter loved the Baumkuchen factory, a place everyone doesn't see often. We spent quite a while there, and it was great for taking photos.
Traveling with a tour group was much more convenient and cheaper than taking our own transportation!★

I must give our tour guide, Mr. Mu, a five-star rating! The entire route was exceptionally well-planned, avoiding detours and rushing. His explanations at each attraction were packed with valuable information; he didn't just recite lines but also shared many local historical anecdotes and hidden gems, making the tour captivating. When elderly people or children fell behind, he would proactively slow down to help with luggage and find rest areas – incredibly thoughtful. Furthermore, there was absolutely no hard selling; it was a truly immersive experience. I'll definitely use him again next time I'm here!
