Reviews: A History of Terror - Belfast City Centre Walking Tour
Guest User2024-10-14
Fantastic tour and one of the most informative tours I’ve been on, definitely a must-do if you go to Belfast. James, our excellent guide, took us on a 2.5hr walking tour around the city centre and discussed the Troubles in an unbiased and extremely informative way. It was well balanced and so interesting. The walk is an easy stroll with places to sit, if needed. I liked the earpieces - made it much easier to hear what James said as we were a large group. Despite the size of the group, James made the tour personal by remembering our names and facts about us which was brilliant. The time flew by and we thoroughly enjoyed our time, leaving more enlightened about Belfast’s past and seeing the hope for its future.
Reviews: Belfast Troubles Tour: Walls and Bridges

A truly memorable tour, discovering Belfast and hearing about The Troubles with Arthur Magee, who lived through those times. The walk, walls, photos, stories, the insights and the humour left us thoughtful. And playing his music as we walked the roads, truly elevated the experience. My family, including our teenager, came away enriched and thoughtful . In the end, Arthur shared a fantastic list of films, books, music & videos from Northern Ireland. An absolute ‘must do’ tour for an authentic experience in Belfast and hear about The Troubles. Arthur Magee made it truly exceptional for us!

Reviews: Giants Causeway & Castles Tour from Belfast: Guided tour

Amazing day!! Decided to do something different for my birthday. What better way than to explore what Northern Ireland has to offer? Picked up from a designated spot by 9am and dropped off at the same spot. Our driver Dave was brilliant! Kept us entertained all day, fair play to him. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the trip - he was full of facts, tidbits and anecdotes. We visited Cerrickfergus castle, The Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle and Giants Causeway. We travelled along Antrim costal road which was absolutely beautiful. Really, an AMAZING day out!! I went on NYE. My only advice, wrap up, and bring your woolies because it was windy and freezing!!!!
Reviews: Giant's Causeway and more including Titanic Experience Ticket Tour from Belfast
Guest User2024-07-31
This was a fun tour from Belfast. Giant's Causeway is incredible. We did the Red Trail (more difficult hike) on the way and the easier trail on the way back. We had to hustle to get back on time. Going around the bend to the "amphitheatre" area is definitely worth it! Dark Hedges was cool to see and a nice walk. Then the Titanic Museum - very well done with modern exhibits. Skip the "ride" to give you more time. It's not worth the long wait. Bring snacks and drinks with you as there's really no time to get lunch on this tour. Wear comfortable shoes for hiking. Our tour guide was a bit too talkative for our liking but he did share some interesting history. We prefer history rather than personal views on politics and religion; our guide shared a lot more than was appropriate for such a tour. Our driver was excellent. :)
