I really wanted to go to Wolong, so I applied. They call you in English beforehand to confirm your participation, so you need to be able to answer the phone. It seems that you can use WeChat's phone function if you can connect via WeChat. They ask you to send a photo of your passport. The meeting time was 6:50 AM the next day, but the final meeting location was set at 10 PM the day before. They sent a photo of the meeting location and detailed directions from the nearest station via WeChat. On the day, the driver only spoke Chinese, so I had no idea what they were saying. My ticket was supposed to be picked up at the ticket office in Wolong, but they told me through a translation app that the payment hadn't been sent yet. I contacted them through WeChat and negotiated, and they finally got my ticket. However, I couldn't figure out how to get on the tour bus to the Panda Center or where to board the return tour bus. A kind person called me and helped me out by explaining things through a translation app. The meeting point for the return bus to Chengdu was the same as where I got off, but they sent me a message via WeChat at noon. I somehow made it back to Chengdu. I was grateful for the support I received via WeChat, but the tour was entirely in Chinese, so it was quite a tightrope walk.★

I think I've already reviewed it! So, I'll give it another thumbs-up! This package was a great deal. The driver offered to add a free tour of the Dujiangyan scenic area and a restaurant. The service was attentive and he explained everything along the way. At the end of the tour, he even offered helpful answers, recommendations, and support. It was a great experience!
