The half-day tour of West Lake was well-planned. We visited Three Pools Mirroring the Moon Island, taking photos at the best vantage point. Our guide, Mr. Meng, provided excellent commentary—knowledgeable, witty, and humorous—which greatly enhanced our understanding of West Lake. There were no forced purchases. Highly recommended.★

The tour guide was very informative, and the tour was well organized. We did not book the online ticket in advance for Yinling temple, booking with this tour eased the convenience for us. Highly recommend for those speak Chinese since the tour was conducted fully in Chinese.★

I can only say that the tour guide was mediocre, the explanations were average, and the only advantage was that getting to the island was convenient and quick, with little queuing time. The whole trip only took 2 hours, and the main job was just to get you to the island.
