Our guide will be waiting for you at the door of Fun and Tickets Main Office, Mayor 43 Street, 10 minutes before the start of the Tour.
Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.
Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Although the entrance to the Royal Palace is always reserved for our clients, sometimes the access control may be blocked due to the capacity and security controls, being the entrance delayed a few minutes for reasons beyond the control of this operator.
