Mobile or paper ticket accepted
Meet your tour guide in front of the main entrance. There are serval entrances to Park Guell. Make sure to come to Carretera del Carmel, 23, Barcelona. If you take a cab, please mention the address to the driver, not Park Guell. Our representative near the entrance holding a blue umbrella with the Golden Tour Guide logo.
Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.
Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

The Park Guell tour require 1 hour walking, we recommend you to wear comfortable shoes and clothes and be ready for some walking.
There are serval entrances to Park Guell, so make sure to come to “Ctra. del Carmel, 23, 08024 Barcelona”.
If you arrive late, you will miss the entrance and won´t have the option to request a refund.
