Pleasant boat trip on a cold winter’s evening. Couple of cocktails were fun. Staff really friendly too. The time was changed by 45 mins in the days before the trip (I think they sell different versions and the. Fold them together depending on numbers for out of season stuff). Communication relating to this was clear and responsive.

This route is very well designed and the itinerary is very reasonable. The tour guide explained everything along the way, explaining everything in German and English. It was quite hard work, but we saw beautiful scenery beyond our imagination. It was worth the trip!

I would like to thank you on behalf of the four of us for last night. Our reservation was for the previous month, but due to unfavorable weather conditions, we postponed the cruise to mid-February. Our passenger list also changed, instead of a child, an adult came. We were able to arrange this on the ship without any further ado. I had previously bought this gift for two Australian friends, paying for the best service (buffet dinner). After boarding the ship, we were taken to the sizzling dinner side, which I indicated to our waiter named Krisztián. He took immediate action, and within a short time they led us to the buffet side. They apologized to us several times, and we even received a "compensatory" short drink. The dinner was plentiful and delicious, the show was nice and entertaining. Everyone was helpful and polite. Thank you very much once again for the attention shown by Shy and the other guests, which made the evening truly memorable for us. 👍🙏🥰
