Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.

If it weren't for this service, I would have missed my flight. They contacted me right away and stuck with me until the very end to help me get through quickly. However, Ho Chi Minh City Airport is a real nightmare, both going there and coming back, so get to the airport quickly.

Greta service. Staff member was already waiting for us when we arrived at the immigration hall. She took us to the “VIP” lane, which was empty: we cleared the passaport check in literally 5 minutes. To be honest, the regular qeue wasn’t that bad but we still saved at least 30-40 minutes.

Our guide, Dan, spoke English very clearly, and even though I'm a beginner, I was able to understand to some extent. Although it wasn't mentioned in the tour guide's description, it seems that the tour included a return boat ride, which surprised me.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this day trip. Our guide Yen was an outstanding host, with great English and a real passion for sharing the history of My Son with us. The tour is run by locals and their customer service is great. Everything ran to time, the minibus was small but comfortable and cool, and there were no hidden extras fees that some tours try to eek out of you once you are there. Just the entrance fee to My Son tha they clearly state in their ad and do t add any extra fees to. Yen has a real passion for local history (she told my wife she stopped working in local hotels so she could do these tours instead) and it shows in how she explains My Son and the Champa Kingdom. Yen also knows how to get you to the traditional dance performance earlier than other groups so you get a front row seat. The lunch was tasty, the rice paper making class was short but interesting, and the boat ride back down the river was a nice way to finish it off. Incredible value for what you get, and we recommend it to anyone.


