WITH COACH TRANSFER - Your pick up time and your pick up point will be provided by message/email from Submarine Safaris.

THE DIVE TIME IS NOT THE PICK UP TIME.

WITHOUT COACH TRANSFER - Clients must check in and present their tickets at our reception centre in Puerto Calero 30 minutes before the dive time. Tickets will then be exchanged for boarding cards.

Free parking is available.

The dive time is not the meeting time.

Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.

Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Not suitable for people with limited walking difficulties as you will need to go down a small ladder to enter the submarine.

Children under 2 years cannot go to the submarine.
