Amazing! What a truly unforgettable experience! Nando was such a warm, genuine, and kind person—an absolute joy to spend time with. His passion for what he does really shines through, and he has a special way of making everyone feel welcome and engaged. My husband and I have been on many tours, and this one stood out not only for how enjoyable it was, but also because there was very little pressure to buy things from stores, which we really appreciated. We had the chance to try so many delicious foods—from arepas to sweets to coffee and more—and every stop felt thoughtfully chosen. Nando’s storytelling was exceptional; he brought the history and culture to life in such a touching and inspiring way. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient with questions, and has a great sense of humor that made the entire experience even more memorable.

Absolutely fantastic! A very warm welcome. The audio guide was a real plus. After visiting several historical museums in the city, we ended up at this one, which perfectly complemented the medieval period and also offered a comprehensive overview of the city and the monuments we had previously visited.
