A superb day, with pick-up right in front of my hotel. The driver was perfect, with a smooth ride. He's very skilled, considering the roads! The car was comfortable, with a reclining seat. The guide was also excellent; we learned so much. She was kind, smiling, and patient. The visits were wonderful! On the downside, there were very long queues to visit Mount Etna, which made the tour a bit short for our liking. There were also a lack of charging points for our devices (outlets on the bus or elsewhere). Overall, we were delighted with our excursion!★
