The tour guide was very enthusiastic. Despite the hot weather, he led us around and explained everything. The entire group consisted of Russians, Chinese, and Japanese; none of them spoke English as their native language. The guide's English also had a strong Southeast Asian accent, so many of us struggled to understand, but he patiently explained everything. We visited three places in one day, each with its own unique features. First, we saw a lake, which was even more beautiful than I expected in photos. Then we went to the mausoleum, where we learned about the history, which was quite interesting. Finally, we visited the Imperial City, where the guide provided the most detailed explanation, leading us through about two-thirds of the area. Everyone we met along the way was also very friendly, helping each other and chatting—it was a memorable experience. I hope the tour can have a Chinese-speaking guide in the future.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮 𝗡𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them — this time to Ba Na Hills 🌿 We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up — very fast and convenient 👍 We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM. For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 — super easy and well organized. Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesn’t operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit. 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 for the careful driving and smooth communication 💛 Everything felt easy and stress-free. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends 😊

I appreciate that it was one of the few tours still operating even though it was the Lunar New Year holiday. It was raining in the morning when we passed through Lang Co, but the guide still made sure we stopped on the way back. The lunch was quite tasty and plentiful.

I rarely use eSIMs, so I was initially a little worried that the installation might be complicated, but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The installation tutorial provided by customer service was very clear, with pictures explaining each step, making it easy for even those who aren't tech-savvy to complete the setup. Upon arrival at my destination, the network connected automatically, eliminating the need for manual APN configuration, which saved a lot of time. The price was also much cheaper than buying a SIM card at the airport, making it highly recommended for frequent international travelers.

The Hue day trip is conveniently located with a tight schedule of attractions. It includes three sites, a delicious lunch, a guide, and round-trip minibus transportation, all at a reasonable price. Although the guide speaks English, understanding the general idea is fine. John is young and energetic and can speak some Chinese. I personally tested it; for tourists who only speak Japanese, a separate Japanese-speaking guide was provided on the bus. We'll stop at the lagoon for a while; the scenery is beautiful. Khai Dinh Tomb isn't large but worth seeing. The Hue Imperial City is vast; even seeing just the important palaces takes about two hours. Stay close to your guide; getting lost can be very troublesome. Lunch was delicious, authentic Vietnamese food.


