Ellen did a great job navigating our group to areas to have the best vantage points for watching the Kings Guards. Even after many visits to London I was not aware of these areas. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Nice to have all the different buildings along the Mall pointed out, as well as other interesting pieces of royal trivia.
I appreciated the additional tips about where to go following the tour.★

Absolutely outstanding tour — Nathan made it unforgettable! I did this tour with my two daughters and it became one of the highlights of our London trip. Nathan was exceptional from start to finish: incredibly knowledgeable about the ceremony, its history, and all the small details you’d never notice alone. His warmth, availability, and passion elevated the whole experience. He always positioned us perfectly and anticipated every movement, so we felt like we had VIP access. My girls were fully engaged (not easy with teens!) and we all learned so much while having fun. Nathan’s explanations were lively, clear, and full of fascinating insights that brought everything to life. If you’re visiting London, don’t hesitate — book this tour. And if you get Nathan, you’re in for an amazing experience. Highly recommended!★

We went on a tour for our honeymoon, and although it was much simpler than I expected, the transportation was very comfortable and the snacks provided were more substantial than I thought, so I really loved it.★

Ctrip's ticket service is excellent, making it convenient for travelers who can't book one or two months in advance to purchase tickets at the last minute. However, the details list two departure points: Victoria Station and Baker Street. Only the Victoria Station meeting point is provided, not the Baker Street meeting point. I contacted Ctrip customer service, who emailed the merchant but haven't received a reply. I eventually found the location on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). I'm sharing this information here for anyone who might need it.
The Harry Potter bus meeting point on Baker Street is at a travel agency called "Golden Tours Visitor Centre Baker Street." There are staff there; show them your booking confirmation, and they will guide you.
