They are punctual, easy to find, and organized with the itinerary. They take the time to explain the activities and share a bit of history, engage in pleasant conversation, and are very attentive to your comfort. They even make stops along the way for restroom breaks and to buy coffee or other items at convenience stores. Everyone is very friendly, and the experience is very enjoyable. They have great respect for the animals and involve you in the daily care of the elephants (feeding, bathing, and cutting their food). One tourist had a minor injury from a scrape and received immediate medical attention. They give you enough time to interact with the animals, take photos, and connect with nature. The food is delicious and plentiful, and they provide towels and soap for showering afterward. 100% recommended; our best experience in Thailand! 🫶🏼
