We got through immigration in minutes! The ordinary line was estimated for over a hour, so I was please to have help getting out of the busy airport faster. The staff member who guided us was very helpful and even helped us secure our bags quicker and find our transportation to the hotel. I recommend if you don’t want to be in the airport for hours or even if it’s your first time in Thailand.

Works just as described - I was escorted from the planner you a dedicated immigration desk and got through very quickly. The airport was relatively quiet on the day i used the service, but at a busier time this would save a huge amount of time. Worth it after a long flight
