The team's service was excellent. They adjusted the itinerary according to your needs and circumstances, without rushing or pressuring you. The drivers were especially helpful; every single one was very kind and willing to tip. When my friend's phone was damaged by seawater, they took us to a repair shop and helped us find a replacement, trying their best to solve the problem. They were truly wonderful. I highly recommend booking a tour with them; the price is really reasonable, and the trip is worry-free.â

At all stages, we were met and escorted by driver guides, we were shown the most beautiful locations of the island, and there was even time for lunch at a restaurant where we tasted traditional dishes. Excellent trip with our tour guide Nyoman, on time pick up and comfortable car. Nyoman was a very knowledgeable guide who gave us lots of fascinating insights into Balinese culture and history, he was also very patient when we wanted to dwell a little longer at places. The trip itinerary was also full of exciting highlights especially the monkey forest and the temple. Definitely recommended!â

We set off a little late this morning and drifted at sea for half an hour without seeing any dolphins. The captain told us not to panic, we were sure we would see them. A little while later, sure enough, we saw a group of dolphins surfacing. We chased after them wherever they swam, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Dolphins definitely come out to feed. The customer service gave the driver the information the night before, and the driver was waiting on time. We were a bit slow, which is why we were late, but luckily we caught up with them. We also booked other tours through this company, and they were really great.î„
