Important notice
1. Both children and seniors need to make regular reservations to enter the venue. Please place your order as usual. [While ticket checks may not always verify child tickets, visitors without valid tickets will not be allowed entry if checked.]
2. If you have not entered your personal information on the memorial hall's official WeChat account and wish to book a date within 1–4 days, please contact our customer support to register!
3. If you have already entered your personal information on the Memorial Hall's official account and need to delete it, you must wait three days. The earliest date you can book is four days later!
4. You can only book one admission opportunity within 30 days. Please do not place repeat orders on multiple platforms. Once your booking is confirmed, changes to the visit date are not supported. Thank you for your understanding.
5. If you only give us one waitlist opportunity, we'll do our best to help you secure tickets. Booking early increases your chances of success!
6. A successful booking request does not guarantee a successful waitlist. The waitlist result will be communicated by 7:00 PM the day before your trip. If your request is not successful, our staff will contact you for a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
