Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.
Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

2. Change or cancellation issues: Please contact Trip.com Customer Support via the email address or contact numbers provided in your e-voucher.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Ephesus Ancient City Entrance Fee will pay as cash. 40 EURO
Virgin Mary House Entrance Fee will pay as cash. 20 EURO
Since the program you purchased is a group tour, tour end times may vary. If you have travel plans after the tour, please contact us.

If there is not a sufficient majority in languages other than English, our tour operate in English
At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
The duration of transfers are approximate 1 hour, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
If you have an evening flight on the same day, please make sure to inform us beforehand and select a flight departing after 8:00 PM.
